Chicken Stir Fry



  • 2 pieces chicken leg fillet
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • 1 large red chilli diced
  • 7 snow peas
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • ¼ Chinese cabbage shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ tspn salt
  • 2 tbsp oil


Step 1

Cut chicken in strips. Wash and set aside.

Step 2

Crush garlic wash and slice carrots, snow peas, onion, chilli, cabbage and place them in separate bowls.

Step 3

In a frying pan add oil and stir fry the chicken on high heat string every now and then.

Step 4

When the water dries add garlic, onion and chilli and keep stirring then add each vegetable at a time and keep stirring on high heat, the vegetables will cook through.

Step 5

At last add salt and its ready to serve.

Step 6

Note: You can either fry vegetables first or follow my method
