Ingredients

2 chicken breast cut in big chunks
3 large tomatoes diced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 chilli diced or minced
1 cup water
pinch of cumin seed
pinch of methi fenugreek seed ( optional)
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 cup chopped coriander

Method

Step 1

In a pot heat oil

Step 2

Add cumin , fenugreek seeds and onion and fry for a minute

Step 3

Add garlic , ginger and chilli paste stir

Step 4

Add curry powder with 1 tablespoon water and stir

Step 5

Add chicken breast and stir

Step 6

Add salt , cumin powder stir

Step 7

Now add diced tomato and cook on high heat until tomato softens for 3 minutes .

Step 8

Add water and further cook for 10 minutes until you see thick sauce appearance.

Step 9

Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or roti
