2 cups semolina
3 cups warm milk
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 tin condense milk or 3/4 sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamon powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
10 pieces almond ( peeled and slice)
1/2 cup sultanas
In a frypan heat ghee and add semolina and fry to light golden brown on low heat
Add cardamon , sultana and almond and stir
Add milk and condense milk quickly and keep stirring And vanilla essence and keep the heat at low .
The halwa starts forming together and it separate from pan , that’s when your halwa is cooked.
