Prawn Risotto

Ingredients

15 pieces of cleaned Prawns
2 cups Arborio rice
4 cups warm water
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
diced green and red chilli ( 1 each)
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin podwer
3 tablespoon olive oil
30 g butter
1/2 cup chopped coriander
pinch of cumin seed
1 big tomato diced

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a wide pan

Step 2

Add cumin seed and onion and fry till soft

Step 3

Add garlic , ginger and chilli stir

Step 4

Add curry powder, cumin powder stir

Step 5

Add prawns stir

Step 6

Add salt

Step 7

Add diced tomato and butter and coriander

Step 8

Add 2 tablespoon water and cook on low heat for 4 minutes

Step 9

Add rice and stir

Step 10

Add 2 cup water a time and simmer 10 minutes

Step 11

Add another 2 cups of water and simmer for 10 minutes

Step 12

Your rice should be nicely cook with creamy texture If it’s still hard , add more water measuring with tablespoon .

Step 13

Once nicely cook Take off the heat and garnish with coriander.
