Ingredients
2 medium size potatoes cut in small cubes
1 tin red kidney bean throughly washed
1/2 onion
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 red chilli diced
pinch of cumin seed
1/2 cup water
Method
Step 1
In a pot heat oil add cumin seed and onion
Step 2
Fry for a bit and add garlic and curry powder
Step 3
Add the potato and washed bean stir
Step 4
Add salt and water and cook until water reduces and potatoes well cooked.
