Whipping Cream Barfi

Step 1

In a microwave dishAdd whipping cream, milk power, sugar and cardamon powder

Step 2

Whisk altogether and microwave for 8 minutes, every 2 minutes take out and stir

Step 3

Once the texture thickens set it on a tray , sprinkle hundreds and thousands and let it cool down and cut into squares of your choice.

Step 4

Warning as the mixture melts it starts to rise and overflow, so keep an eye to off the button and than on again. Also please be careful when removing from microwave , use pot holders to take out in intervals. Tips adjust time because microwave varies.
