Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 500g Chicken Leg fillet/ bone in leg fillet
- 1 cup mix vegetables frozen
- 1 onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp ginger paste
green & red chillies (thinly sliced)
1 tsp salt - 4 cups basmati rice
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Method
Step 1
Cook rice in advance and cool it . Cut meat in small cubes.
Step 2
In a large frying pan add oil and add chicken and stir. Add salt and stir , add 1 cup water and cook on medium heat .
Step 3
Once the water disappears stir and add garlic /ginger paste , chilies and onion stir occasionally.
Step 4
Add 1/2 of soy sauce and stir . Add mix vegetables stir again
Step 5
At last add rice and rest of the sauce and stir until all mix evenly and serve.
