Chicken Fried Rice2015-07-12
- 500g Chicken Leg fillet
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp ginger paste green & red chillies (thinly sliced)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sweet corn & green peas (frozen)
- 3 cups basmati rice
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 straws spring onion chopped
Cook rice in advance and cool it Cut meat in small cubes.
In a large frying pan add oil and add chicken and stir. Add ½ cup water and cook.
Once the water disappears stir and add garlic /ginger paste and onion stir occasionally.
Add few drop of soy sauce and stir than add all other ingredients and stir well.
At last add rice and rest of the sauce and stir until all mix evenly and serve.
