Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken Leg fillet
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp ginger paste green & red chillies (thinly sliced)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup sweet corn & green peas (frozen)
  • 3 cups basmati rice
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 straws spring onion chopped

Method

Step 1

Cook rice in advance and cool it Cut meat in small cubes.

Step 2

In a large frying pan add oil and add chicken and stir. Add ½ cup water and cook.

Step 3

Once the water disappears stir and add garlic /ginger paste and onion stir occasionally.

Step 4

Add few drop of soy sauce and stir than add all other ingredients and stir well.

Step 5

At last add rice and rest of the sauce and stir until all mix evenly and serve.
