Chicken Patty Burger

Ingredients

300g  chicken mince
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 chilli finely diced (green and Red)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 onion finely diced
1/2 cup chopped coriander
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

For Bun filling
Lettuce
cucumber
tomato
cheese (optional)
grated carrot
choice of your sauce.

Method

Step 1

In a basin add mince meat

Step 2

Add garlic , ginger, salt, cumin powder , garam masala, chilli, diced onion and mix well

Step 3

It will be bit sticky so add 1 tablespoon oil and mix well

Step 4

Heat fry pan and add 1 tablespoon oil , oil should be evenly brushed around the pan

Step 5

Rub some oil on your palm and take handful of mix mince and press into flat round shape and fry in heated oil 4 minutes each side

Step 6

Remember it’s not deep fried.

Step 7

Once your Patty’s are cook

Step 8

Cut Burger bun in half

Step 9

Put cheese

Step 10

Lettuce

Step 11

Cucumber

Step 12

Tomato

Step 13

Cooked Mince patty

Step 14

Choice of your sauce close the bun and enjoy your home made chicken Burger.
