Egg Plant Curry



1 big size egg plant
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 green chilli
1 tomato
1/4 salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoon oil
some chopped coriander
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed


Step 1

Heat oil in fry pan then add long sliced egg plant

Step 2

Add curry powder, salt, cumin , onion and chilli and stir

Step 3

Cook on high heat until eggplant starts to gets soft

Step 4

Add tomato and coriander cook further few minutes until tomato and egg are well cooked.
