Chicken Masala



  • 500g chicken leg fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 tblsp mix masala (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tblsp veg oil


Step 1

Cut meat to small pieces, wash and set aside.

Step 2

In pan, heat oil, add onion and fry to slightly brown then add garlic and chilli paste sauté for a while and add chicken and salt.

Step 3

Stir for few seconds and add 1 cup water, simmer and cook for10 minutes

Step 4

Note: Make warm roti and enjoy. It can be eaten with rice as well.
