Chicken Pieces Pan Roast2015-07-12
- 2 pieces chicken leg fillet
- 1 piece chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 chillies green & red
- ½ tbls lemon juice
- ½ tbls soy sauce
- 1tbls olive oil
- 1tbls cooking oil for cooking
- ½ cup chopped coriander
Cut meat in big chunks. Wash thoroughly. In a basin put washed meat; make sure it’s well drained.
Add all the ingredients and mix well. Set it in the freezer for 1 hour.
In a big pan add oil and worm for seconds then add the marinated chicken meat, stir and add 1 cup water and let it cook until water disappears.
Stir in intervals occasionally. Note: Optional The whole chicken can be skinned off and cut into pieces and pan roasted.
