Chicken Pieces Pan Roast



  • 2 pieces chicken leg fillet
  • 1 piece chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 chillies green & red
  • ½ tbls lemon juice
  • ½ tbls soy sauce
  • 1tbls olive oil
  • 1tbls cooking oil for cooking
  • ½ cup chopped coriander


Step 1

Cut meat in big chunks. Wash thoroughly. In a basin put washed meat; make sure it’s well drained.

Step 2

Add all the ingredients and mix well. Set it in the freezer for 1 hour.

Step 3

In a big pan add oil and worm for seconds then add the marinated chicken meat, stir and add 1 cup water and let it cook until water disappears.

Step 4

Stir in intervals occasionally. Note: Optional The whole chicken can be skinned off and cut into pieces and pan roasted.
