Chicken Pieces Pan Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken cut in big pieces or combination chicken breast or chicken leg fillet (two each) or just chicken breast or leg fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon mince ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 chillies green & red diced
  • 1 tbls lemon juice
  • 1 tbls soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • ½ cup chopped coriander
  • 1 cup water

Method

Step 1

Cut meat in big chunks. Wash thoroughly. In a basin put washed meat; make sure it’s well drained.

Step 2

Add all the ingredients and mix well. Set it in the freezer for 1 hour.

Step 3

In a big pan add oil and heat for seconds then add the marinated chicken meat, stir and add 1 cup water and let it cook until water disappears.

Step 4

Stir in intervals occasionally. Note: Optional The whole chicken can be skinned off and cut into pieces and pan roasted.
