Ingredients:

2 cups flour

3 teaspoon corn flour

1 cup water

3 tablespoon ghee 

Filling:

1 cup suji

1/2 cup milk powder

1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 

1/2 powder sugar. 

Method

Step 1

Mix flour , corn flour and  ghee, rub well then add water and make soft dough.

Step 2

Stand dough for 30 minutes

Step 3

Filling

Step 4

Fry semolina in ghee Add other ingredient and mix well .

Step 5

Roll dough into small round shape , put filling and deep fry to golden brown
