Lamb Curry in Soy Sauce on a bed of Spinach



300 g Chunk pieces of lamb meat
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon chilli Paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 table spoon  dark soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed powder
1 onion chopped 1/2 cup coriander
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 1/2 cups warm water.


Step 1

In a basin add washed and clean meat

Step 2

Add soy sauce and mix

Step 3

Add garlic , ginger and chilli paste and mix

Step 4

Add salt , cumin powder and mix

Step 5

Add oil and mix

Step 6

Add onion some coriander and mix

Step 7

Heat a pan without oil

Step 8

Put the mixed meat in the hot pan and cook and stir for few minutes

Step 9

Add 2 1/2 cups of warm water and cook on low heat until the meat is tender .

Step 10

Sprinkle coriander when it’s done.
