Chicken Chop Soy



  • 500g Chicken leg fillet
  • ¼ chinese cabbage shredded
  • 2 bundle bok choy chopped chunk pieces
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 gloves garlic
  • 2 chillies Red & green finely chopped
  • 1tbls soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 large carrot sliced thick pieces
  • 2tbls cooking oil
  • ¼ tsp corn flour


Step 1

Cut chicken in strips and wash thoroughly.

Step 2

In a large fry pan add oil and cook chicken by adding ½ cup water. Once the water disppears stir and add garlic, chopped onion and chillies and stir , add soy sauce and salt and stir then start adding the chop vegetables carrtos, cabbage and keep stiring then add ½ cup water and simmer for 1 minute and mix corn flour in 2 tblsp water and pour over the chop soy and stir well, simmer for another 2 seconds . Its ready to serve with basmati rice.
