- 2 cups fine semolina
- 1/2 cup powder milk
- 2/3 cup ghee
- 1/4 Cardamon powder
- 1 cup icing mixture or powdered sugar
Method
Step 1
Fry semolina without ghee for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer in a basin, add sugar, milk , cardamom and ghee .
Step 3
Mix and start making small ball while still hot.
