- 2 cups self raising flour
- ½ cup milk powder
- ½ teaspoon cardomon powder
- 1 tin condence milk
- 2 tablespoon ghee
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
In a bowl pour condense milk, add ghee, milk powder and cardomon powder and mix then add flour and make soft dough.
Pinch small dough and roll to a finger size then fry in oil or ghee light brown on slow heat.
For Syrup Mix sugar and water bring to boil by reducing to 1 cup water.
