- 2 large size ripe mango
- 1 small red onion
- ¼ cup chopped coriander
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 large red chilli
- ¼ tsp olive oil
Wash and cut mangoes in small cubes.
In a basin add cubes mangoes, finely chopped onion, chilli, coriander salt and oil and mix well.
Mango salsa goes well with chicken curry, either cooked with masala or without masala.
