• 2 cups chick pea flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/4 cup sliced Pistachio


Step 1

In a wok heat ghee and fry chick pea flour until golden brown

Step 2

Add icing sugar and quickly mix and transfer on a tray and set to cool

Step 3

You can decorate with pistachio or keep it plain . Cut in squares and store.

Step 4

Tips: You can double the ratio of your choice. Adjust the ghee quantity ...when you feel it's dry not setting. Make sure the mixture is hot when combining
