- 1 kg Chicken Breast (washed and diced in small cubes)*
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 350g Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- Salt to taste*
- ½ tsp. garlic/ginger paste*
- 350g diced pineapple
- Pizza Topper (optional)
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil *
Ingredients for Pizza Base/ or you can use readymade Pizza Base.
- 500g Pizza flour
- Pizza sauce
- 1 pct. Yeast
- Pinch of salt
- 250 ml warm water
Ingredients marked with * In a frying pan, heat up oil, add chicken and stir, add garlic/ginger paste, salt and cook. When the meat is ready keep it aside.
In a basin put in flour, yeast and salt.
Mix and add water to make dough.
Knead dough for 5 mins then in a clean dish out the dough and cover with tea towel and let it stand for 1 hour in a warm place to increase its size.
After 1 hour remove the dough and knead again on board or clean surface by sprinkling some flour on the table.
Cut the dough in half and cut again into half. Now you will have 4 small dough’s. Oil a baking pan and roll the dough’s in small balls and let it stand for another 20 mins.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree.
After 20 minutes take one dough at time and roll with the rolling pin to round perfect size.
Once your dough is round now spread it with Pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheese, add onion, chicken and pineapple and at last add more cheese on top and sprinkle Pizza Topper. Now it’s ready for baking.
Bake for 20 minutes and its ready to eat. Yummy Yummy! My Family’s favourite.
