- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1 cup water
- Chilli powder Cumin, ajawine and salt according to your taste.
Mix all ingredients than make dough using water like we make roti dough soft.
Roll them and cut small circle and fry.
Tip: It's good if you put out in the sun for a while before frying. Careful with water when making dough, add little a time. Dough shouldn't be very hard.
